If you want an attorney who actually speaks to you and gives you advice all along the way, Charles is guy. He and Nancy from the office always got back to me almost immediately to address any concern I had. Charles even called me a few times on his personal cell phone while out of town tending to family matters just to address a concern. He is extremely personable and kind.
