Officer Summers believe his roll in Police brutality is okay and justified...him and other officers enjoy lecturing me how to date yet cant be bothered to break up a dog fight, do anything to help the dog, charge criminals with the crime they actually commit or arrested someone with active warrents...clearly the priorities of this office are poorly managed and the majority of them have a nice place in hell for violating their position of authority...shame on you and good luck repenting
