I got a guinea pig 2 days ago (2/24/2021). I took her to the vet yesterday (2/25/2021)and found out that she has bad pneumonia. which means she had a respiratory infection that was not cared for or treated, and it progressed to pneumonia. so i had to rush her to the vet for abnormal breathing and I had to pay for her medical bills and medicine. As a customer I have the option to bring her back to the store for a refund , but I won't because clearly they don't pay enough attention to their animals. absolutely unacceptable.

Nichole was super helpful she should be on the floor not the register! I thought buying a fish was simple, she showed us we had everything wrong! lol It was still simple we were juat pickinh up the wrong items! We named the fish buzz and our daughter loves her first pet, thank you!
The staff is always friendly and they ask about our iguana on the rare times he is not with us.
I absolutely love having Destiny care for my pup! She’s gentle, quick and genuinely loves dogs. He’s always cut perfect with no hairs out of place. She does quality work and she’s always accommodating. He always comes out so soft, smelling just like a baby. He and I adore her.
I always find what I am looking for, the store is well stocked and clean. The store associates are always very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We take our Mini Shnauzer to the groomer (Samantha)here. She is awesome. I left feeling my fur baby was in great hands. She did an excellent job.
