Billy did an excellent job. He was prompt, ready with the water heater and piece parts and installed it with high quality. He explained the whole repair process and I found him passionate about his workmanship. When he saw that we had a 50 gallon heater, he said a 40 gallon would be more than enough and would save us 300, i.e. did not oversell. Very importantly, when he came on the initial trouble call, he found that the water softener was leaking badly (badly based on the last month's water bill) and bypassed it. I verified with the city that the constant flow stopped THAT day. I would recommend Homeworks (Chad the Handyman) and Billy to everyone. jim
