Had a great experience buying with them. I had put a deposit on the new 2020 Type R while it was in transit and the process was easy. They could've updated me more when the car was pushed back in delivery since I had to ask if it was there on the projected dates. Customer service was great and friendly when I arrived at the dealership. Matt made the whole process smooth and quick.

I walked into Honda of Covington with honestly my life in shambles. If it wasn’t for Greg & Thomas, I don’t know what I would’ve done! They not only got me the EXACT car I wanted (Which I’m VERY picky so there was only two on the lot I wanted), but they saved my business, aka my life. I was in a bad situation at a bad time. With barely ANYTHING. They took that and gave me SOMETHING. Something to feel safe in & to look at everyday & LOVE! Something I can rely on in many different situations! Knowing how people drive I’m so thankful I have those features. Not only that, they gave me all this at an AMAZING price!! So amazing that I even asked other car salesmen I PERSONALLY know and they said I made an EXCELLENT purchase! Amazing price and not to mention, best of all, NEW! You guys are truly the best. They do any and everything they can to help you! So respectful, kind, caring, genuine, and thoughtful. Please note too! I’m a young female. Walking in by myself! But I knew I could trust them! I went there with a budget. Walter was my salesman. He was very good about keeping me in my budget. Scott the manager was so helpful and I loved the fact that he genuinely cares about his customers. He is the hands on, involved type of manager who gets the deal done. My son and both of my daughters have bought from HOC and we will be back!
