Worked through the Costco program. Deposit was placed, price was agreed upon and last minute cancelled the agreement saying "market conditions make this an in-demand vehicle so pay 3k more now or buy it later". A very unfortunate decision by their management. Multiple dealers within the DFW area are offering a similar vehicle at a similar price. The sales associate was great to work with, no qualms there.

WOW!!! My whole experience from the moment we drove up to the moment I left in my brand new car was so great! Jonathan Alvarado was introduced to us by a very helpful woman. Exceptional services!!! Very attentive, respectful and courteous staff. Nice and clean facility. My car service has been done quick, efficient and the vehicle has been washed.
