Josh provided excellent service. He responded to my request for a new battery in a professional manner. He explained what would happen, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He kept me informed during the service work and reviewed the work that was completed. All in a friendly, respectful manner.

I love my Honda Odyssey. But I do not like the service department at Honda of Grand Blanc. I could go on & on with story after story...but I won't do that. Instead I'll say, they keep your car too long, no calls for updates, no offer for car services while yours is being repaired, parts but mostly services/repairs are WAY overpriced & sometimes they just do not get the job done. This last time they wanted 800 for an alternator! Heck no!! Instead we found a part for 150 & someone experienced installed it for 300. That's almost 1/2 the price. Oh but don't worry...they still got 60 from me for diagnostics even though we told them it was the alternator. Screw you Honda. When this old van eventually dies...I won't be back. Your customer service & prices need some overhauls!!
