I had a bad experience here. Hopefully this was an exception and not the rule. The salesman didn’t even offer for me sit in the car I was going to buy! No follow through. UPDATE: Thanks for your response Don. I don’t recall the salesman’s name, but he was an elderly gentleman. A nice man, but lacked customer service sales skills. Although I do appreciate your offer to call and work things out, I’m not sure what you could do for me at this point. You see, I found my Avalon at another dealer where I had a great experience. Thanks for your follow up.

Best car buying experience I've had to date. No pressure sales. Nice, accommodating, friendly sales staff. Easy to book appointment online to test drive. John Lowe was great to work with. Answered all our questions and made buying my new to me, 2017 CRV a breeze. Test drove on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment after work to sign papers on Monday. John and the finance team worked on rates for me before I got there and had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in an out in a hour. There were no hidden fees or slimly sales practices. Felicia in finance is straight to the point and knowledgeable. They walk you through the process and book your first complimentary oil change right then and there! I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. They knock their competitors car buying experience out of the park!
