I called to make an offer on a 2016 Honda that was listed and still is listed. A team member answered. I told him about the car that I was interested in. He asked if I had the miles or the stock number. I of course said both. He found the vehicle, and stated we have that one still here. I have a guy calling about it from Colorado trying to buy it for their child. I said okay, I would like to make an offer. He tells me I'm not going down any lower, than what it is. This car is already marked as low as we're going to take it. I said excuse me?! I asked what's your name? He says John, and stated he was the sales manager. I then began to say, You didn't know my offer, why would you assume that I wanted to low ball you. He said \ma'am you just sound like you were\. At that point I asked for his manager and he hung up on me. I went on Honda Ocala website to get the GM email, emailed him, and still no response. Never assume...

Professionals who take customer service seriously. Complimentary hot breakfasts and lunches and comfortable waiting room seating make for a pleasant visit, even when the wait is long. I had one problem that was difficult to diagnose - the service tech volunteered to take my car home, gave me a loaner and took the several days to make sure the problem would not recur. These people deserve a 5 star rating.
