The only reason I rated this dealership a one, is that there is no zero option. My daughter purchased a 50,000 vehicle from this dealership 9 months ago and they have done everything possible to convince us that the problems that the car has had from day one, are not their fault, and have blamed their workman, the manufacturer, and supervisors that they have fired. The cars body is not in alignment, due to a production failure in the particular model. This has resulted in, among other things in making an awful noise when you raise and lower the tailgate. Something the dealership will not admit to. I am disgusted at the way they have treated my daughter who has other challenges in raising a young family. She researched this vehicle and supposedly bought it because of it's dependability, safety and family friendliness. It's almost like the dealership really doesn't care. I'm amazed that they have the ratings that they have. I just want them to do right by my daughter. Offering to extend her warranty another year was a buy off, knowing she had no better choice, after the way they treated her. the manufacturer, their supervisors on and on

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Big thanks to Jose Avila who helped me out with purchasing a vehicle. He was knowledgeable, kind, funny, and honest. Everything from checking out which option was better for me, to test driving the car, to signing and receiving keys was super easy. If you are looking for a car, I recommend Jose to the fullest. Had such a positive experience here!!! Edward and Chris were so sweet and so so helpful/knowledgeable. When my old car died I was scared to look for a new one because I worried I'd feel pressured into making a purchase I couldn't afford. That was not the case at all. I found my dream car for a great price and was literally treated like royalty. They were so incredibly accommodating I couldn't believe it. Highly highly recommend. It feels good to have a place I can trust and truly speaks to the SM community. I even told my friend who lives in NorCal to come here when she needs a new car because they are so awesome and trustworthy. Thanks for everything guys! Love my new car!!!

Great service and excellent customer care! Marco helped my cousin get in a car she felt happy with, and comfortable about the monthly payment. The last 3 financing managers i have dealt with went from happy to serious; I'm not going to say why, but Ruben kept his cool and smile all the way to the end.
