They are amazing. Was able to get our truck up and running with new tires. Helped us with getting locking spare tire key and resetting pressure warning systems so that it worked correctly. We had tired to get that done ever since we bought the truck. They are so helpful. Took my personal car in because it had a slow leak. I did not even have to tell them which tire was having issues. Drove-up and tech walked around car then started on the tire without me telling him which one. They can usually get a tire you need that day or at the most, the next day.

Reasonable price for tires, they had to order one, came in a couple of hours. Fast tire changers. Have to be patient in their office waiting your turn they like to visit with their buddies, and get irritated if you interrupt.

I can't even begin to express how much I appreciate Leonard from Bar E Tire and Wheel. On our way through Hondo, we ran into some tire troubles thinking it was a low tire. Airing it up, we found a terrible leak. It was way past closing times for tire shops, so the next best thing was try to buy some Fix A Flat at the Walmart. As if timing couldn't be any better, Leonard drove up with his two sons to enjoy a meal after what seemed to be right after he got off work. We drove next to him to see if he possibly had any tools in his truck while explaining our situation. He knew exactly what out issue was, a separated tire. Leonard told us to follow him to the shop and helped us take out ALL of our luggage to get to the spare, changed out our tire, all while he was off hours trying to enjoy a meal with his family,. He took the time to go Above and Beyond more than we could have ever asked of someone. The man was so sweet, so generous, and was so happy to help us in our time of need. Bar E Tire and Wheel has some pretty great people who work for their shop, extremely sweet and obviously SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you 1000 times, Leonard.
