What an Incredible Car buying experience! I highly recommend Steve Garza and crew. They made the hard part easy! In talking to them, they listen. Steve found something we just love. THE best car buying experience I’ve ever had! CJ’s persistent communication and patience was only outdone by his commitment to giving the best customer service possible. Unfair management. People get fired for just checking to see if they have Covid. Basically punish people for being worried about their health would never give business to someone like that. I guess if an employee has Covid they should still come to work. That's smart!!!!

The customer service is abysmal. I have a friend who worked day and night to improve the dealership, he got covid-19 and informed his managers immediately who disregarded him and fired him on the basis of assuming he quit while waiting for his results, which he informed them about. His managers then proceeded to block him on any means of contacting them. Very unprofessional handling of this situation and handling of customer situations as well.
