So glad they added the online payment function. It was a hassle to get in and pay with my work schedule and still a hassle to stop by the store for a money order to pay through the drop box. Good job MECC.

(In response: I hope this does not happen to another family now that the problem is supposed to be addressed, but it still does nothing for the lost groceries and insulin that went above proper storage temperature due to your company refusing to extended service by one day to allow social security disability to come so you could collect another 50 profit to reconnect.) This company will refuse to extend a payment for a household with a disabled elderly woman and two people that are insulin dependent if you haven’t been a customer for over a year and then denies it even when they turn the power off during a worldwide crisis because your less that a month late and your social security hasn’t come in fast enough for them, plus they add a 50 dollar fee to reconnect which I was told could have been avoided with an extension but as stated before was told they would not do because we are not customers for over a year. I pray that the food they have does not spoil in times like this but as for people on social security disability they have no concern or care for there well being in this time of crisis.
