Not impressed with the service since it changed to Certas Energy. Could not provide a delivery because of the adverse weather which is understandable, but when the weather improved which was the weekend, and we ran out, guess what, they did not work. If they struggled with deliveries then they should carry out the deliveries at the weekend ensuring their customers are looked after properly.
