The food was particularly bad especially for the price (70 for 4 people). As if that weren't enough, the staff was also dismissive of our presence and most staff members spent the entire time on their phones. Could be improved if the staff actually instructed you on how to cook okonomiyaki. Also, instead of taking your order, you're instructed to use a qr code to order your food. The staff did absolutely nothing. Overall would not recommend.

Pretty cheap and a fun experience. All dishes are cooked by yourself at the hotplate in the middle of your table. Staff can speak small bits of English so getting a table etc isn't too difficult. There is also an English menu available, at least on the level 7 branch. For something a little different, try the monjayaki which is a liquidy variation of okonomiyaki.

Really helpful staff. Came in with a large party at an inopportune time and they worked with us to get us seated promptly. Food was good and service was quick.

Making your own okonmiyaki was the most fun we have had at a restaurant. The good is decent and at a decent price. Had English menu and had to go up to level 8

Fantastic service (if you can speak a little Japanese). The ordering was done entirely online via the QR code at the table (also in Japanese), but the food came quickly and we were able to make our own kimchi okonomiyaki. We also ordered a monjayaki and the manager (?) came to our table to help us make this dish as we had never seen it before. We were able to easily order additional drinks (reasonably priced) as well through the website/app and would gladly come back again.

Here was good. We cooked by ourselves, and it was a good experience. I liked it! Of course, the food was really good. I didn't like yakisoba/okonomiyaki in Korea, because they had bad taste... but in Tokyo. I realized I had ate fake food... this was the real okonomiyaki and yakisoba! Also gatsu-o-bushi, it was good too. I became to like this. But the drink was not good. I ordered a gin tonic, but it had almost no alcohol.
