Been coming here for a long time and it's great to see most of the same staff every time. The rooms are great. Fair warning there are places that have better rooms but you pay for it. How much time are you really spending in your room in Hawaii? Pool, hot tub and owners lounge were open until 5 with Covid Rules. Many safety precautions, my wife and I felt safe. Can't wait til our next trip.

This is NOT a 5 star property in terms of water slides and fancy restaurants and spas. It IS a 5 star place to stay because the same staff are there, year after year, providing excellent service to everyone. Nothing is fancy, everything is clean, and this is a property which improves every year rather than aging. I have stayed in every property along Waikiki Beach and return here for the absolutely best experience.

I’ve had a timeshare at the Imperial Waikiki since 2007 and have loved every visit. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The grounds are clean and accommodations comfortable.

Tired building and they seem to be trying to get by on a shoestring staff... A cockroach in the bathroom (where there is one.....) The morning desk staff could use some hospitality training, but the valet was always courteous. Amenities all close at 5:00 p.m. Not sure if that is a building issue or a state issue but it is way too early...

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Waikiki, try the Imperial Resort! On Lewers St Beach Walk, it is steps from the ocean, great food, and shopping. I've been staying here since 1984.
