Came here Saturday with a group of 6. The hike is easy and there’s a decent amount of parking. It took us about 20 minutes to reach the Lake Michigan look out. The views are amazing and you get a small work out from the hills. You’re able to see a stunning sunset over Lake Michigan while also getting a distant view of the Sleep Bear Dunes.

This is an AMAZING hike!!! It is a little challenging, but not terribly difficult. There are a few spots to stop and enjoy breath-taking views of the dunes. Once you get to the end of the trail, there is a wide open space to rest and enjoy the view of Lake Michigan. Totally worth the effort!

Excellent place to visit in the winter ! Heck of a 1.5 mile hike. . Do it with gear ! You’ll love it.

Best trail in Michigan. Perfect trip for a nice summer day. The hike isn’t long and it is enjoyable. Beautiful view of the shoreline and Lake Michigan upon completion.
