I renovated my entire home and the people at Moore were more responsive than any other sub-contractor and set the pace for the whole project. We found several additional items that needed to be fixed after demo and the Moore was very accommodating and charged a fair price for the additional work. I would recommend them to anyone building a new house, renovating an old one, or just for regular every day service. I’ll be a customer for life!

I noticed water around the water heater and called Moore Mechanical. It was after hours it they came within an hour. Next day was Friday and a new heater needed to be located. I was updated by phone as progress was made. Installation was the following Monday morning. The technicians were respectful and kept me updated on their progress. I was instructed on the use and left no mess. I’m very grateful for a job well done.

We were very pleased with how quickly our hot water heater was able to be serviced. The service tech was friendly, professional, and great about explaining the issue. He even did a simple cleaning of a part to get us up and running instead of telling us we needed a costly replacement. We will be sure to use their service again in the future.
Last summer we had Moore Mechanical complete the plumbing and heating/AC in our new home through our builder. Lots of issues along the way and quality was subpar. We've had Moore Mechanical complete many projects over the years and we've been very happy. I understand the company is under new ownership; the new owners have zero first hand trade experience and it shows. We have since moved on to a different local company and have been very happy.
