Usually you worry that if you bring your car into the shop you're going to get screwed. Well NOT HERE!!!! Reflex Tuning is by far the best in automotive repair. Communication overload(which is great) details of Good(green) Concern (yellow) immediate (red) report with pictures/audio video to explain what and why. If you don't know much about your vehicle well here they make you feel at ease. Loaner car so you don't have to feel stranded. Convenient time to pick-up and drop off. Let me just say it doesn't get any better. Well maybe a beer, wine or scotch if I decided to wait. ha ha.

I traveled to NH for the week and noticed some vibration in my steering wheel north of 65 mph. I searched for an Audi indie shop in the area and chose RT because another indie Audi/VW shop could not fit me in their schedule. I am glad they could not. The service I received to balance and rotate my tires, inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my cars needs to remain road ready was top notch. I perform basic maintenance to my vehicle and also work in the maintenance management field and to see the same tactics I employ in the field being used in an indie repair shop was comforting. I was able to drive home without worrying about being stranded roadside with a suspension issue. My SUV drove much smoother on the way home and I have already ordered the parts I need to make the necessary repairs. The service, professionalism and cost of services at RT far exceeds what I have experienced at an Audi \stealership\. They provided pictures and videos of issues relating to why I brought the car in, as well as some other items in need of attention. Including a phone call to walk me through all photos and videos. When has an Audi dealer EVER done that?! Bravo Zulu to the RT crew!!! You have earned a customer (if I need it during a visit) through your professionalism, technical acumen and knowledge of Audi vehicles. Thank you for showing an \out of towner\ what \customer service\ is truly about and not attempting to rob me blind in the process.

So happy I brought my VW to Reflex Tuning! They were able to get me right in, give me an awesome rental car, and not only did they get everything done in a timely manor, they cleaned the inside of my car at no additional charge! It hasn't looked this good inside since I purchased it! Thank you so much Heather! And thank you Damien for the awesome detailing job! I'll be back!!!

Great service from Heather and the team. Brought my Jetta in for no heat. They quickly diagnosed and explained just what needed to be done. They also reviewed previous maintenance history and performed a detailed bumper to bumper inspection. Great communication!
