My experience is total professional, I've tanned here, my wife gets her hair done here regularly (and she is picky) Amy is always pleasant and upbeat... I take total offense that someone would leave a derogatory comment please leave your unproven comments about drugs, were you using them with her? NO, maybe she was having a bad day physically. Small business owner, single mom and is making a legit business. Go for it Amy!!!
I should have paid more attention to all the negative comments on here and on Groupon. I purchased a groupon for highlights for this place and thought it was a good deal. I called and left a voicemail expecting to be called back. Nothing. I reached out again the next day. Still nothing. I even sent an email asking to set up an appointment. Never heard a word back from multiple attempts to contact, meanwhile the owner is posting daily on the businesses Facebook account. Guess they don't care about getting new customers then...so unprofessional. Why post an available groupon to buy if you aren't going to return people's calls or emails?? Stay away from this place...luckily groupon refunded my money and I'll be going elsewhere.
When you find a great stylist— you hold onto them! Amy is the best and a master with blondes. My hair always looks amazing when I leave her chair and she creates the prettiest shades while keeping the integrity of my hair. Beyond the hair, she’s so funny and thoughtful and I love the time I get to spend at the salon. She’s put a lot of thought into the comfort of her customers (not sitting them directly in front of the mirrors to have to stare at yourself the whole time, TVs to watch during appointments, drinks are always offered) and I recommend her to everyone looking for a stylist. You’re in excellent hands with Amy!
Went to Sol Beso and Amy did my hair. I have to tell you she worked some magic on my hair. She is amazing!!! The texture of my hair was unbelievable. Great cut also. So many compliments from friends .I've gone to a couple of Salons in Portsmouth. Real fancy ones that did a decent job. But Amy was the best And the only one I returned to. From a very fussy customer!!!
I purchased a groupon about 10 days ago and had been calling, leaving voicemails, and requesting via their website with no luck. Finally I went inside to try to schedule my spray tan. I am leaving for vacation in 4 days and asked if they could accommodate that which she just interrupted me and rudely stated shes out two weeks. When I asked why my calls weren't returned - she said she didn't get any. Which would be fine if she at least tried to provide some customer service and if she was nicer I'd leave the credit for future use but MAN was she rude!! No sorry or let's figure something out. Simply brushed me off. Horrible!
Best tanning experience ever! Felt completely comfortable with Amy. She was very professional and I am very pleased with the results! Very natural looking tan!
Alison does the best hair. Tianna the estatition is amazing too. Highly recommended
