Wish there would be more stars to give. I have been with the agency for 4.5 years and all I can say that they are ever so friendly and helpful, always available, very professional and reliable. Bathroom ceiling came in on us and it took ages to have someone fix it. So many other issues went ignored for the whole time I lived in one of their flats. Then took the whole deposit for \cleaning\ and replacing a carpet.
