I called them to check for a gift for our Dungeon master, they had it in stock and I asked them if they could ship it on the right day so it would arrive on the day of the 50th dnd session. not only did they ship it correctly, they also wrapped all the gifts in the box and wrote a happy 50th on the envelope! I'm amazed at the service here. i did not ask them to do this but it made the unboxing on discord chat a lot more awesome
