I am so disappointed with my first experience with insurance in the Netherlands. Not only do they not give you all the information you need before they rope you into contracts you never even knew you agreed to, they are extremely expensive. Now I'm having to deal with incasso... still waiting for a recording of where I agreed to a 1 year contract at a ludicrous price. My recommendation is to stay far away.

Totally USELESS company. I filed a claim. In this claim I put 1 sentence which ended with a \?\. This amounts to saying nothing. So 48h later. claim rejected. NOT A SINGLE question asked! AVOID. This company is close to being a scam.

Would rate 0 star if possible! First of all, it took a month for them to make a decision over a leakage claim - so one month of not being able to use the entire bathroom upstairs. More importantly, they refuse to cover the cost of opening and closing the wall to fix the leakage. Normally, such costs are covered under other insurance policies, only the direct fixing fees are not. They base their reasoning on that the leakage hasn't incurred damage yet. But why are the cost of opening the wall not a damage? This is both absurd and stupid, because it would of course discourage people to timely discover and fix the leakage. Beware! Don't conclude your housing insurance with this cheesy company!
Slechte communicatie, eerst zeggen dat iets vergoed wordt en hier vervolgens op terug komen. Dan een aanbieding doen om het wel te vergoeden maar dan moeten er wel extra diensten afgenomen worden.. slecht verhaal natuurlijk
