It doesn't matter who comes out, they are always awesome and thorough, making sure to take care of every issue & then some. Luke normally takes care of us, & I can't speak highly enough about him. You guys did a wonder job cleaning the air ducts in my house and it smells wonderful now, I have air flow where there previously was not. The guys were friendly and professional. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns fairly quickly and I'm just utterly happy with the work and services I have received. Awesome customer service. A technician was literally at my house within 20 minutes of calling, on the coldest day of the year, and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours. Great folks - highly recommended. Fast, affordable, and excellent . I couldn't have asked for better service.

Had a quick question about parts and prices. The guy I called was very nice and truthful. If you have an issue they are willing to walk you through it on the phone (if possible). 10/10 would use them any time I have any future problems.

Horrible customer service. You came to my home and you sent us a estimate for repairs we needed. I called you and told you I wanted the repairs done. You said it would be a week and a half atleast to get parts. I called you back the second week and you denied that you said any of that. You told my husband that you told me you couldn't get the parts ever. So I don't know why you sent me a estimate for something that you could not do. I have had two other companies inspect my furnace. Now I am waiting on another company that deals with Carrier brand furnaces. As it turns out that my furnace was one that was manufactured faulty. The original warranty was for ten years. It took a lawsuit for Carrier to take responsibility for these faulty furnaces. After Carrier lost the lawsuit they were required to extend the warranty for 20 years. I would think that your company would know this since you install this brand. I wonder how many people have paid for a New Furnace because nobody will tell them it was faulty to begin with.
