Amazing doctor. Dr. Ranjitha explains each and everything about the ailment and how to get it cured. I haven't seen such a kind vet in recent times. She has so much patience that she explains what scan she is performing in detailed which she feels that it's her duty to educate the owner about the animal and she is very dedicated towards her work that she alone handles complete clinic with just one help desk staff and one junior. Though she has staff maximum work is done by her. This doctor has 20 years of experience in this field and we can trust her blindly. And she is an animal lover too. She is raising 4 dogs, she feeds birds in her compound and donates dog food to needy every month. Society needs this kind of doctors.

I am the parent of a senior dog with a combination of issues. Thanks to his terrier genes, my dog has skin & tummy conditions that kept him on continuous medication. His back legs lost mobility about 2 years back - and now age conditions adding up. For all above reasons, his vet has to be a rarest combination of skill, patience, empathy and LOADS of passion and commitment to keep the animals safe and pain free. Having moved to Hyderabad an year back, when I started looking for a vet and bumped into Dr Ranjitha - I had found the near impossible combination !! When I saw the effort and time she put in going through the records of my dog ( they were phenomenal in number, by the way ) - very systematically absorbing every single detail before finally coming up with the diagnosis and next steps - I just knew she is the category of "meant to be the savior". Ever since, her skill, attention & advice have been helping in keeping my dog as comfortable as possible. Even better, I see her responding just the same way for every animal - be a pet or a stray .. just the same commitment and passion to help !! Kudos to you Dr Ranjitha .. Dr. Tiwari is a great responsible doctor. This clinic has all the equipment you ask for your loved per for check ups. Right from 2D echo, ECG, blood pressure check, scanning and blood tests..you will get everything at one place.
On 31st December our 10yr old Golden Retriever Edy was having fever and was continuously grunting in pain.After running helplessly from Govt hospital to nearby clinic we were finally suggested to take him to Dr.Ranjitha.That visit turned out to be a life saver for our Edy.Dr Ranjitha specially opened her clinic for us at night knowing that we were coming from the farthest end of the city.She performed all the tests very lovingly and patiently and diagnosed the problem accurately which no body did during the entire day.Edy had a swollen, hurting node under his ear due to a sting/snake bite.She gave the correct medication which we followed for subsequent 10 days.Edy is perfectly fine now and back to his naughty self.We can't thank her enough for saving our dog's life that day.She is the best we have come across till date.God bless her :)
I've been bringing rescues to Dr. Ranjitha since 2017. We've been through cases of maggot wounds, broken bones, distemper, neutering, dermatological issues, behavioural issues and parvo virus being the latest addition to the list. Every single time, she has broken it down for me to the very basics. She hasn't just been my go-to vet, but has also taught me how to do what I do better. It's always been about how we can treat the dogs in the best way possible; absolutely no compromises on the quality of the treatment. I'm almost always broke with the rescues that I do, but I learnt here that it's better to run a little thin than to compromise on an all-round treatment. So to all the reviewers saying the treatment here is expensive, suck it. She was also the first person to identify the bond I have with one of my rescues that led to me adopting him, and for that, I will forever be thankful. He's a tough kid to raise, and I couldn't have done this without her. Huge shout-out to Rizvan and Manish as well for being a constant source of humour and positivity!
We’ve been associated with Hope clinic over the years and have always had excellent service. Dr. Ranjitha loves animals, can be completely trusted, is very smart, communicates well, and has great judgment. She has been a life saver for us for 2 years now and we feel so lucky we found her! Dino, (my 11 year male labrador) was going through immense pain due to swollen abdomen which was due to critical heart related ailments. I had taken him to a govt vet hospital and that is where a doctor had insisted me to take him to Dr. Ranjitha at Hope animal Clinic for treatment. It’s been less than a month and Dino has already made great progress. He is recovering well now. All I can say is I am super glad that I consulted you. After coming across Dr. Ranjita Ma’am. I don’t go anywhere else in the city. She’s super responsive on WhatsApp and is super prompt if I’ve had any issues. She’s very compassionate and I would recommend hope animal clinic to everyone who loves their pets.
