This was the place we used to stop on our way to and from the Interior of BC - but no more. While the coffee and food options are good, the washrooms are filthy. I guess the new owners just don't care. Picture is of the men's washroom door.
I fully agree with the current policy of 1 customer/family in the washrooms at a time but the guy today was incredibly rude. He yelled at my sister that someone was in the washroom (which was just her fiancé) and told us we had to wait outside and he would tell us when we could go in. He never told us so we went in when her fiancé came out. He had been in the men's room and there wasn't anyone innthe women's room. The clerk still.decided it was necessary to yell at us. We will not be stopping there ever again, despite normally stopping and getting snacks everytime we come through.
gas price was higher than anywhere in town. cashier looked dead inside. would ve liked a smile maybe.
I wish this staff was Chevron was in Surrey, BC. They are are amazing. Neat n Clean place and workers with amazing sense of humor. Will always stop at this Gas Station whenever passing Hope. Even If I dont need gas. Thanks Chevron Hope!
