The best part of Public Storage is the staff. Desiree was incredibly helpful when we changed lockers at the facility. We had been clients for over 7 years and downsized into a smaller unit last week. Great service! Eron was helpful in getting me checked in quickly once I had retrieved the documents I needed. Do note: they do NOT have a usable printer. If you need any documents (like insurance info) be sure to print it before you come.
