2 stars for this location as there is no night deposit. This is extremely inconvenient because it's the only location in this area. Eden Prairie is 40 minutes out of my way, Maple Grove is 40 minutes out of my way, Minneapolis branch is 30 minutes out of my way. It would be fantastic if a person could make night deposits here

I have had the worst customer experience. I applied for a simple credit line increase and was approved. Now, 2 months later I am still working through the situation. I was issued SEVERAL new and unnecessary credit cards by mistake, I lost my reward points in the transition, and I have been told incorrect information along the way. To top it off, just recently my credit card was cancelled with no warning whatsoever! This resulted in declined payments and a major headache. I have been with Spire for many years and have had other problems in the past as well. I do not recommend this credit union.

I've had nothing but good experiences so far, would recommend this Credit Union. Considered applying to a Credit Union when I moved but glad I waited a couple months because the previous establishment looked outdated.

This location is amazing! I used to have to drive all the way to eden prairie and back; which added an hour onto my commute and everyone there is so kind and helpful would help you with anything thank God they opened it here I get hours of my life back now :D
