I have used several storage facilities over time, but the Hopkins, MN StorageMart is by far the best of any I have used to date. The facility is extremely clean, and the climate-controlled storage area is extremely accessible. I especially appreciate the drive-in capability with respect to the interior storage units. Not to mention the excellent customer service!

We got a very good recommendation from another self-storage business on Greenbrier Rd in Minnetonka, MN. They had no spaces available, but highly recommended Storage Mart on Excelsior Blvd in Hopkins, MN. We got a very good rate for the last few weeks of August and the month of September. We were so Happy that the double-storage unit was so clean, and in such good condition! Starting with the very nice young woman on the phone, who gave us the information about the storage units available and the price; to the fine fellow who checked us in; everything went smoothly. A week or so later on a visit to the storage unit, the pass code did not work at the gate, because of a storm the night before. We notified the manager on duty and he let us in, right away, and by the time we went home, we received an email telling us that everything was back to normal; our code would already be working within an hour; if we wanted to get into our unit a second time that day. It was a rainy late August, but there was absolutely no water in the unit; all our stored furniture was in great condition from day one until the end of September. AOK - Great Experience. And they have all the supplies we needed for our move right in their office, locks, boxes, plastic covers for couches and mattresses, etc.; all at reasonable prices, including a coupon for 20% Off on all packing supplies. Friendly, Helpful, Good Folks at the Hopkins Storage Mart!
The gals at the front desk were very nice and helpful. This storage facility is clean and well kept. Definately worth every penny. Everything that was explained to me was exactly what I ended up getting.
This storage mart is awesome! Very clean! Mark, the fine gentleman at the front desk, was absolutely wonderful to work with! He answered all of my questions and explained everything excellently, all while being very conscious of COVID safety and distancing. Definitely recommend giving Mark a call for any of your storage needs!
I thought when I reserved a storage unit online I would have to figure everything out on my own. Oh by the way, I am a grumpy old disabled veteran. To my surprise I was contacted immediately by a Storage Mart employee who assisted me through the whole process. I am very pleased with Storage Mart and would recommend their services without hesitation.
