This practice is more concerned with checking the right boxes than insuring patients can access their medication in as stress free a way as possible. It is appalling that as a new mother during lockdown I had to drive with my baby to the practice to write on a piece of paper to request an 'acute' prescription that I've now taken for 1.5 yrs without any reviews. And there was no access to any sanitizer even though I need to touch things used by other patients. Now my daughter has a repeat prescription I thought it would be easier, but their pharmacist insists I have the anxiety of making sure I'm running out before they'll refill the prescription, meaning I have to continual monitor how much she has left. Neither denying putting me on repeat or filling my daughter's prescriptions has had any impact on how much medication we are on, but it has made life incredibly stressful at times. I will be changing practices as soon as I have the spare mental energy

Saw a doctor after waiting approx 45 mins at the morning walk in clinic (it was busy and not a problem to be seen the same day). He listened to me, reviewed previous history and ordered some tests that were completed within the week. Very happy with my experience.
