We were able to use the Cartlodge for a wake (6 people) recently. We were very grateful to Hilary for opening up for us. It made a comforting break in a stressful day. Many thanks.

Hired for a child’s party - good communication from the owners, and reasonably priced. It’s nowhere near as big as the village hall but if you need a smaller venue this would be perfect . Would recommend to others.

Horam Manor Farm Cartlodge

Terms: • The hire fee is from 12.00 an hour for the Cartlodge. Where a full day or several days are requested, we will give you a total price. • A 50% of total hire fee is required to book the venue, payable on booking, non-returnable if venue is cancelled within two weeks of event. • Full payment must be made 7 days before the event date. • A damages deposit of 50.00 is required, returnable provided the Cartlodge is left in the condition in which it was found, and provided no disturbance to the estate has occurred.
