Well worth the trip! Trails are well maintained and easy to walk, plus they provide endless opportunities for birding. Peaceful, relaxing and a wonderful chance to enjoy the beauty of nature.

The best place to be with wildlife at the closest. Great walking trails and also has out houses and picnic areas. I love it in the fall and its an amazeing place to take photos. Here are some i have taken over the years.

Nice time of year to go. Lots of birds, but no mosquitoes. The kids liked the hollowed oak trees and natural play areas outside the nature center.

It's never the same twice, even if you walk the same paths. There are plenty of walking areas and endless views. This is the Rock River. Not much fall color yet. 10/6/20.
