Responsive office staff. It is easy to make an appointment and to get prescription refills. I have seen a psychiatrist and two psychologists at this practice and they have been very helpful. I strongly recommend this practice.

Haven’t had an in person meeting yet with staff, due to covid. Front the person who answers the phone is super polite and helpful. The doctor I spoke with was great and responsive, answered all my questions and I never felt like they were trying to rush me off the phone call.

I see a lot of people giving this clinic a low rating due to the intake department, and I will say that I agree with those ratings. Trying to schedule a first time appointment and trying to leave a message for a doctor is like trying to swim upstream. I find that most times when I call, I’m greeted with an unfriendly attitude. This being said, however, from my experience, I feel that there’s a lot of credit I can give my practitioners. I’ve had Dr. Fishman and Dr. Vedak, and both have been wonderful to me. Dr. Vedak is a very well-respected and admired individual in the mental health community. He’s been a practitioner for my family for 20 years, and he’s been able to really make changes. TL;DR: The intake department is very unhelpful and unwelcoming, but the doctors and staff I’ve had have treated me well. :)

Went only for an intake appointment. The entire time I was talking about what was going on and what I was feeling, they doctor looked disgusted as if he was judging me for what I was telling him.... why would anyone want to feel that way at a place like this???
