I had sent my Panasonic HC VX1 To have it repaired due to a duff lens and had it back today. And I brought the camera last may so it still had a warranty with the seller of whom I purchased it from. The Website is quick and easy to fill in the particulars and included the job sheet and as well as my invoice for a warranty repair and sent it off. A few days latter, the report was issued confirmed the lens was duff and they tried to charge me almost 440 to have fixed! I Wasn't Happy! I had paid my camera 585 new! And messaged them I had included the invoice for a warranty repair. I also had the seller to notify them of the situation and in the end I had it on warranty. Overall a good experience and would be happy to use them again, but I wish they where more communicative and not trying to charge customers in this situation.

first contact was over the phone and quite helpful. I dropped my microwave for a repair and was later quoted via email for the job. Accepting the quite and payment was done online and very conveniently. The actual repair was fast and decently costed too. Overall good experience

I sent my Samsung TV to them to be repaired. It took about 4 weeks for them to order the part and "fix" it. When I got my TV back from their repair shop it still didnt work. I managed to trouble shoot the problem myself and it was just a faulty power lead. I am not a particularly technical person but what the hell were DK AVS doing with my TV for so so long. There was nothing wrong with it! Surely an Audio and Visual expert would have trouble shooted this issue straight away rather than order a part, replace a part that is not needed and effectively fix a TV that wasn't broken.

Absolute Robbers! 25 for inspection and a detailed report..... what I received was a quote of 990 for a new TV (tv that sells for 900 in shop with 90 labour on top! Detailed report consisted of “requires exchange unit” no description of problem! When challenged they sent revised email telling me exactly what I wrote down initially! Took to another shop repaired for 70 AVOID THESE COWBOYS!!!!

A negative review online is definitely a last resort for me but i don't know how else to get a response. They've had my lens for 5 weeks. They're not answering their phone, not responding to emails and their automated order update system doesn't seem to be giving me any updates. I just want my lens back. I've paid for a service and i'm just getting ignored.

Got my Panasonic DMC CM1 battery renewed today. I had been putting it off for more then a year, worried, since it involves disassembling the unit including taking off the LCD screen which is glued on and very thin, easy to break and costs 300 to replace...however, after talking to the DKAVS technician I was happily confident to go for it and the operation was very well handled, with excellent communication and service. And the price was extremely reasonable to boot. Very happy.
