If there had been an option to put 0 stars I would have definitely chosen it. We used this company with the hopes of being provided a high quality service and repair a broken balcony door. Instead we were left with a door that ended up malfunctioning not even 6 months after recieving his services. When contacted he was abrasive and uncooperative offering no indication that he would fix the botched job. You are likely to loose upto hundreds of pounds, go with a more professional and qualified 'window doctor.'
