Picked my son up from his flight from Calgary. Much, much, much, much better parking than rubbish Birmingham. Abut 2 hours 13 whereas Birmingham was 15 minutes for 27. I live 10 mins from Birmingham but I'd rather drive all that way than give them the cash!!!!

Do not trust these people with your car. I got my car back damaged so reported it to them in line with their procedure. The guy who dropped it back to me was not even interested it was damaged other than to say that the damage looked like it had been there longer than 2 weeks. My car had only just been resprayed so it looked brand new when I dropped it off. Anyway, 3 weeks later and they are yet to respond in any meaningful way. The guy on the 24hr help line just says he will pass my message on but I doubt he has. Calls the landline go straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional. Meet and Greet as a service needs to be regulated to stop these cowboys. Do not use them.

Dropped car off fine. On the way back after a very long flight no one answered the mobile number supplied so we just walked to where we had dropped the car off. They apparently had left the mobile in one of the cars so didn’t have a phone on them until they went to retrieve it. I was then told they had to put some air in my tyre as it had gone down we waited in total about an hour to be told they had put my spare on because apparently it wasn’t inflating properly. We drove an hour to Gatwick to drop it off two weeks prior and it was fine. My husband tried inflating it when we got home and it had a massive whole in it. It’s all very unprofessional anyway and I prefer to deal with a company that has an office that you can get hold of rather than a mobile but I didn’t make the booking.

Poor customer service attitude. AVOID. I chose this lot precisely because of the car valeting optional extra. However they didn’t actually wash the car. Despite me providing photo proof of the lack of washing e.g. bird muck, the MD refuses to refund me. A shame especially as I’m back there in a couple weeks. I recommend using someone else.

Left our car with them for a week and upon our return from holiday they delivered our car came back to us damaged. They admitted liability, However, after chasing them for weeks, it transpired that they have no insurance and never came through with compensation for the costly repairs. Recommend that you avoid.
