From the moment Dan walked into our office with his business cards I knew he would become my locksmith in the little black book of contractors. On Friday I turned up to a property, which had been shut up for a couple of years. Panic. Then I remembered I had Dan's card in my purse, promptly called him and half an hour later he was with us. What at first looked like a fairly easy job turned into 2 1/2 hours of drilling, using various tools till finally the door was open. Dan's work ethic and friendliness is second to none and I continue to give his cards out at every opportunity. The coffee mug he gave me is a permanent fixture on my desk each morning :).
