Jamie and his team are amazing! Within 2 days they had transformed a tired area of our garden into a modern, attractive space to entertain and enjoy with the family. Jamie provided lots of creative ideas and really helped in providing the absolute maximum possible for our budget. The guys were all really friendly and professional and always kept us updated. I highly recommend them and can't wait to use them again for another project in the future:)

SBS were recommended to us by a friend who spoke very highly about the work they’d had done in their garden. We are absolutely delighted with the work that Jamie, Dan and their team have done for us. They are a talented, professional and hard working team of guys and it was actually a pleasure to do business with them. We have a small garden in Reigate that posed a LOT of logistical challenges and these were all dealt with in a smart and creative manner. Perhaps the best thing about the work was the flexible and open nature of Jamie and Dan’s approach. These projects often require adjustments and potentially even major changes mid build and these were dealt with in an open and collaborative manner. I’ve often found builders and landscapers try and push their vision onto you and whilst these guys do have great and original ideas they were also prepared to listen and implement our wishes even if it meant altering the original plan. As I said we are delighted with the finished work and would highly recommend SBS to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic service from the first discussion we had about installing a new patio, new raised garden area, moving and repairing my shed and cleaning my front drive to when they finished. I live in a terraced house so everything had to come through the house but they made sure coverings were put down on the floor so nothing got damaged bringing it through. Several things were discovered during the laying of the patio i.e a drain cover that had been covered up by the old patio which was slightly blocked so they made sure it was unblocked and then ensured the new tiles were adapted to incorporate access to the drain. The new raised garden area has given a whole new dimension to my garden which I wouldn’t have had the vision to do unless Jamie had suggested it. It truly looks absolutely amazing and people can’t believe the difference it’s made to my garden. I love it! After my front drive was cleaned, I discovered it was pink instead of just a dull dirty grey colour. I couldn’t believe the difference! All in all, I would highly recommend Jamie and Dan. Their helpfulness, workmanship and friendliness was exceptional.
I rarely write reviews unless I am particularly impressed but this is more than warranted after Dan and his team at SBS have just completed a full garden renovation in Hampton for my fiancée and I. Having had four firms out to quote for the work (new fencing, small tree/ hedge removal, two new patios, brick planters, garden path and some ornate metal work) not only was Dan the most professional it was depth of experience and advice at the planning stage which really shone through. We got the impression a lot of the other companies we had out were just keen for the quickest job and to get paid were as Dan and his team really went the extra mile providing us with some pointers, talking through the range of materials to use and even provided us some tips to save us money which others failed to mention. All this combined has led to the garden now being something we are incredibly proud of. Despite the large scale of the work we had carried out the job was always kept spotless at the end of each day and we were continually updated throughout the job as to the ongoing progress and what to expect next. Our immediate neighbours also commented on how courteous Dan's team were when materials were arriving and being taken in etc .... I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a company who delivers on what they promise, communicate concisely and can deliver a bespoke high end finish. Really impressed the way Jamie came round for a quote for some decking, he gave us an honest opinion and helped us identify and focus on more important issues. Ended up doing multiple jobs for us to include re-cladding our doormer extension, tiling roof, new drains, sofits and facias and re-painted the house and completed multiple repairs along the way. Standard of work excellent, competitive costs and will be using again for future jobs, may even get the decking done eventually! Don't hesitate to contact, just make sure you stock up on tea.
SBS did a good job building our patio, raised beds/outdoor seating, water feature and bespoke designer contemporary shed (that is unique and still much admired). Jamie is personable and responsive and nothing was too much trouble. A small business service we would not hesitate to use again.
SBS offered so much more than building & landscaping services, providing us with ideas and inspiration for an overgrown and underused area of our garden, turning it into a stunning area with multiple areas of interest on different levels, with innovative seating, swings, beds, lighting and decoration. Would thoroughly recommend.
