Average hotel but adequate for 1 night if flying from Gatwick. I have used other Best Western hotels of a higher standard. Bar has no atmosphere.

We stopped off here opportunistically on our way home from Stanstead airport. It's a popular place where reservations are recommended but they did go out of their way to find us a table. We ate the sunday roast and were not disappointed. We really enjoyed our meal and if we were passing through again we would stop here. The service was very good and the prices were reasonable.

Very long wait for food, ordered one beer sorry don't have it ordered second beer sorry don't have it, half the things on the menu weren't available. However when the food we finally ordered did turn up it was is a very good standard. I can recommend the sharing mixed platter and the burger but ordered another beer before I got my main course bit it never turned up. Bit of a mixed review but an honest one
