How on earth are they still in business?? Incredibly rude man running this who eventually answered his phone and proceeded to whinge to my partner saying he had personal problems!! Eventually after constantly chasing him managed to book an appointment for him to meet at one of our properties we were refurbishing. Partner went to property and waited an hour, rang and text him but no response, no apology or anything and never heard from him since!!! Needless to say we wouldn't use him even if he did bother to make contact!!
