I have been coming to this surgery for 26 years. There are frustrating times when you can’t get an appointment for a week or two. However, in all those years I have never had an experience where I could not speak to a Dr even if I couldn’t see one. I have my prescriptions electronically sent down to my nearest pharmacy. I have ongoing health issues that mean I am in contact on many occasions throughout the year. I have no complaints about a doctor not speaking to me or sending prescriptions to the wrong place. In my opinion it would be hard to find a better surgery.

Beggars belief really My daughter in law rang the surgery to say my granddaughter of 2years old was very poorly and was it possible to see a doctor She was told yes but not for 10 days, 1 hr later she was going in and out of consciousness and a temperature of 41 we rang for an ambulance and with 3 paramedics and a retired children's nurse she eventually improved 5 minutes of a doctors time could have saved all of that We will be moving doctors in the near future Disgusting waste of ambulance time when they are so stretched already
i cannot leave an urgent message at surgery, no answer machine, engaged permanently, been trying for my prescription for 2/3 weeks, i have been to three pharmacies all over Lincs, no record of me or prescription anywhere?
