Really good customer service. In my case I bought an RO machine for my aquarium. Prior to purchase helpful advice was given and post purchase they were extremely helpful in providing advice on how best to fit a shut off valve for storage. There was a minor issue with the machine in that it was missing an O-Ring from the manufacturer but this was also testament to the great customer service who resolved the issue straight away and had me fully working within 48 hours.

Amazing products and most helpful staff. I ordered from them on few occasions on eBay. Their product quality is worth the price and they have some of the nicest staff I have ever come across. Always keen on helping their customers. Especially Cathrine and Sharon.
I ordered a product on eBay on 12 April that was to be delivered to a local collection point called 'MIRA Express' a food and alcohol shop. Delivery to them was 16-18 April. Some form of tracking number which I discovered to be useless as they used a click n drop Royal Mail service that has NO tracking until the actual delivery. MIRA Express told me at the phone they do not do a collection service for eBay or Amazon This is the message on royal mail 15.01 today: "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" On this basis I asked for a refund under eBay's very clear 'money back guarantee' This business has refused saying I must wait till goods are returned to them. This breaches eBay's guarantee and section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974. This business tell me - I believe dishonestly - they have spoken to eBay about this. They would one in a million if they got through on the phone when every business I know has shut down call centres because of corona, and do all support by email only. I certainly would never do business with this company again. I have copies of our entire email conversations.

Bought a counter top RO unit, stopped working after about 6-7 months, the problem was diagnosed and fixed over the phone. The person I spoke to was patient and knowledgable, great product and after sales service.
Ordered a RO unit for my fish tanks. After paying for next day delivery on the day of delivery I’d noticed I hadn’t recieved the tracking number as promised in the confirmations email. I rang Vyair and was told after waiting 10 minutes that my order had not been dispatched and given some excuse about the parcel weight and that my post code doesn’t exist . I asked to speak to a manager and an irate director came to the phone and refused to let me speak, continually spoke over me and point blankly refused to listen to my complaint. And I was told that if I don’t like it then to cancel the order. I think the director would benefit from some customer service training. This is such a shame because if the unit ordered had met my expectations I would have been ordered a much more expensive under the sink unit to provide filtered water. I did cancel my order and received a stroppy response.
