Had our Jaguar taken here by the RAC as alternator had gone. Very poor communication, we had to chase the garage to find out what was happening and when we spoke to them we felt like it was hardship and a problem. When we finally got the car back it was filthy covered with grease and it stank! We are now taking the car to be checked by our normal garage to make sure the job has been done properly as we are concerned. We would not recommend this garage to anyone and how they are a RAC recommended garage we are not sure.

A.j services are really amazing they sorted my car out fitted new clutch and flywheel and got me back on the road in no time at all They done a great job And price was very fair .l. now using them to look after my car always . Darren is a very knowledgeable man and he goes out off his way to help .the mechanics are a goid bunch off guys..

Pleasantly surprised, always nervous about going into garages as I know nothing about cars, Darren at AJ services explained everything first and the costs so I could be confident I was getting what I payed for. Really happy to recommend AJ Service.

I was unimpressed with their communication skills and business acumen. When calling to arrange a drop off for a quote, I was not informed that their was a charge for this service. When I dropped off the car for the day, I was still not informed that there would be a cost for the quote. When I was called, later that day to be given the quote and the caller attempted to book me in, I had to abruptly decline, because I was not given the chance to think about it. Again no mention of a cost tobe assigned to me. The following day when I collected my car, I was told that I have to pay 37.50 for the quote - to my surprise and that I shouldve been told and they couldnt release the car unless I paid. So I reluctantly paid, but I will never go there again and it has been an unpleasant experience.

My Mini needed a new engine. AJ servicing sorted this out for me. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and did a very good job. After years of using a main dealer, I will definitely be using AJ Servicing from now on.
