I bought my first property through Beresfords in 2015. I really respect their brand that's why I wanted to let my property through Beresfords before Christmas 2019; however it was unfortunate that I was provided wrong, misleading information by the new letting manager about the letting process. This caused losing 2 months because of 2 failed tenant applications. After this unfortunate experience my first contact has changed; Cameron Cruiks managed the letting process very professionally and helped me to let my property just before Christmas. He has got excellent communication skills which helps him to understand both the tenant and the landlord expectations; he exceeds the expectation with his great people skills which would help him to move up quickly on his career ladder.
