I must say what a service from the team at Birchwood Motor Centre. Mitchell was my sales advisor and was very friendly and helpful. I contacted on the Monday about the car I was interested in and despite living at the opposite end of the country received it on the Saturday. Absolute love the car and feel the price was more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and when I need a new car I will definitely look at buying from them again. Dealt With Tej in Sales, He had Great product knowledge and helped us with what we needed, Rather than loads of unnecessary stuff from A Vehicle that was never going to be used. Car was lovely and all prepped and Tej was very Good With Safe distancing during the Stay Safe 2metres apart and pointing out all the features and how to use them on the Infotainment System as well as the vehicles other functions. Tej was very professional and had very good Can do Attitude. Thanks Tej wish you all the best .
A very smooth and stress free purchase from start to finish. Wow! I rarely do reviews but this one is definitely deserved. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Im always a little worried about buying a car on my own but the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable I immediately felt like I was in good hands, they couldn't do enough to help, being able to test drive on a private test road was an added bonus. On collection the car was absolutely immaculate and again the staff went above and beyond to explain how everything worked. Thank you so much I am absolutely in love with my car and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend these guys.
Amazing service by Jamie! Enquired, tested and bought the car all in a matter of hours. Fantastic service and really nice guys! No pushy sales techniques. Really helpful and would 100% recommend anybody looking to take a look at their cars. Was scary as first time buying a ice car\ and always a bit hesitant but all fear gone using them.
