My 96 year old mother in law has been with Boots Hearing Care for many years, but I have to say this past year or so, since Shiva has been the audiologist - the service has been absolutely excellent! Shiva is so kind, extremely patient and very caring.... she always makes a point of looking directly at her client, and speaking very clearly at all times. I really can not praise her enough, for her attention to detail - being very thorough in completing the hearing requirements each and every time.
