Called out to get rid of mice in the loft. In the height of COVID the guy turns up, comes into the house with no mask or protection, and no social distancing near me. Only option was to leave poison, not traps, which as the fella agreed wouldn’t be the best option as the mouse would die slowly likely in a place I couldn’t get to between the floors and then I’d have a rotting corpse and would have to cut out holes in the ceiling to find it. Said they don’t use traps anymore. Sent him away, icing on the cake is he leaves his bucket with an open packet of professional grade poison by the pavement and drives away. I live in a very family heavy area with kids and dogs walking by all the time. Could have killed someone
