All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed that I ordered was very good value for money and amazing quality. Delivery was made while still adhering to the current guidelines, with friendly and on time staff. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy free parking for 30 mins. Enough to look round at the extensive stock they have. We found the headboard which we liked which was of a very high quality.

Went into Upminster shop yesterday and purchased a bamboo mattress at a very reasonable price. Delivered today by two lovely gentlemen who were very accommodating. Cannot wait to try mattress out tonight.

My family and I have bought all our beds from Bridge since the late 70's. This week we where faced with an elderly relative also a long time customer suddenly unable to climb stairs. Bridge after hearing the situation of a 90 year old having to sleep in a chair and with suitable bed in stock could not find it within themselves to get a bed to her only 3 streets away inside 2 days. Apparently just too busy. Not the company they used to be. Very disappointed. What a shame. Thankfully Delight Beds said somehow they would help and managed it in 3 hours from my call at 3.30 pm after their normal delivery hours REAL OLD FASHIONED SERVICE. Just like Bridge used to give.
