I have recently started to use caremark havering, my contact is Bal, she is very caring, my mum is nearly 91 and has mobility problems and her memory is getting worse. Bal has also monitored my mum and has made me aware of things. Anna is the carer been allocated to my mum and my mum feels very comfortable with her. They have put my mind at rest because you hear such bad things but I can't praise them high enough and would recommend them. Thanks Bal.
