Had windows and doors fitted in Dec 2015. I've had issues with all doors and an issue with a window which I put up a bad review and was told if I delete the review they will replace the window as a good will gesture. Now the constant ongoing issue is with my front door, it was obviously not aligned correctly on instalation as engineer has been out numerous times to fix. I incurred previous charges for labour which I paid however the the same problem keeps arising which If I want fixed i have to pay for AGAIN. This time its the hinges that need replacing as they have been adjusted so much that they cannot adjust any further so need to be replaced. On prior visit the engineer has screwed the frame closer to the wall and the overtightened bolt has split the frame as an attempt to correct the issue but low and behold its just caused more problems with the hinges as the door wouldn't close properly. The warranty isn't worth the paper its written on and all you hear from their customer service is they are not qualified to deal with any of the issues. Pointless them even bein there.

We have a large lean-to style conservatory at the rear of our house that extends into a utility room around the side. These had a traditional polycarbonate roof so they were like a sauna in the summer and a freezer in the winter! Also, because it was impossible to mount lights in the ceiling, the rooms were very dark. We chose a panelled roof so it looks and behaves like a normal room from the inside but still a conservatory from the outside. I am delighted to say that the work by Concept has fixed both heat and light issues. From start to finish, all people involved (sales, surveyor, roof installers, electrician, plasterers) were efficient, professional, exceptionally tidy and always happy to oblige with any changes or extra requests. The work did involve over a week of having no roof whilst the old roof was removed and the new one was being built, but the installers covered the floor and any fixed furniture completely in thick material so nothing was damaged. Although we were unable to have ceiling mounted spotlights as originally planned, the electrician enabled us to have an alternative lighting solution by adding additional wiring within the roof before plastering. We are very happy with the results and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Concept Windows for this type of work.
